Do you create a zine, love to read zines, or just want to know more about what the heck a zine is anyway? This weekend is for you!
August 22 & 23 marks the annual San Francisco Zine Fest!
The Fest is open from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. both days at the SF County Fair Building (formerly Hall of Flowers) in Golden Gate Park, near 9th Ave. and Lincoln Way.
And better yet, it's FREE!
To make things even that much better, the Little Maga/Zine Collection of the San Francisco Public Library has placed a continuous "Call for San Francisco Zines!" (pdf) If you would like us to consider your San Francisco or Bay Area zine for the collection please visit the Book Arts & Special Collections Center on the 6th Floor of the Main Library or email: bookarts@sfpl.org
