When you think of food, your mind probably does not rush to the San Francisco History Center. After all, protecting archives for present and future generations of researchers just doesn't jibe with a sit-down meal in the reading room or the stacks. However, San Francisco has always been a foodie's paradise, and San Francisco History Center collections attest to that history. To that end, From Our Test Kitchen will be a virtual corner in which we feature recipes from our many cookbooks, as well as other tidbits gleaned from our files.
